4. Warranty

• We offer a warranty on parts and labor for a period of 30 days from the date of the completed fix. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized fixes, or liquid damage.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of service.

5. Liability Limitations

• GadgetRx is not responsible for any loss of data, software, or applications on your device during the fixing process. It is recommended that you back up all important information before submitting your device for service.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your device and the issues it is experiencing.
• Ensure that the device is free of any personal data or sensitive information, as a fix may involve accessing the device's operating system.
